To use our guarantee program, please contact our sales department before attempting any return. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address. Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received at our depot.
